Shopify staff sign-in is required to access store records. No customer or merchant records are displayed here.
Storefront customization
Setup needed: Shopify has not granted access to storefront settings.
In Shopify, enable Storefront access to metaobjects for the storefront token. Under Content → Metaobjects, create a definition with type storefront_settings, enable storefront access, and add an entry with handle default.
Use single-line text fields for announcement, hero_eyebrow, hero_title, hero_button, hero_search, footer_title, hero_image, logo_image, primary_color, and accent_color. Use multi-line text for hero_description and footer_description. Image values must be HTTPS links from Shopify Files; colors must use six-digit hex values.
Customer accounts: enable customer accounts under Shopify Settings → Customer accounts. Sign-in and account creation take place on Shopify’s account page.
